My access to YarakuZen is blocked.
I can't select a DeepL engine.
"General Error" is displayed, what does it mean?

There is a temporary problem with the processing of PDF files. Please convert to a different file type or try again later.
After downloading PDF translation, the layout gets distorted.
When I use machine translation for PDF, the text is garbled.
"File content is not supported" error is displayed.
Text inside the text box is translated, but in the downloaded file the text box is blank.
I forgot my password.
"The amount of characters exceeds the maximum" is displayed.
"The file is empty." is displayed.
