Possible causes 

1. PDF converter (text extraction process from PDF by Adobe) failure.

Usually it can be solved if you re-upload the file and translate it again.

2. Adobe can't extract a specific page as a text when converting a PDF file to Word file.

If the error is caused by Adobe, it will be difficult for us to solve the issue. 

In that case, please extract the text only first and then translate it.

3. This error may appear if you re-print the original PDF file from another application.
