"General Error" is displayed, what does it mean?



It's a general error. 

Please try the below steps first, and contact our Customer Support team if you still receive the same error message. 

・ Clear cache (Ctrl + F5) 

・ Sign out / Sign in

・ Check your internet environment (Wi-Fi connection status, etc.)

・ Try using a different browser (Google Chrome, IE, Microsoft Edge, etc.)
