What is the minimum match percentage of the  partial matches phrases displayed on the right side panel?

Partial matches from 50％ will be displayed in the Phrase Matches on the side panel when users refers to the side panel during editing.

When user uses Search feature to search for Phrases, partial matches from 1％ will be displayed.
