Can the shared document only be accessed from the recipient's email box?

Shared document owner can also copy the shared document's URL, (such as https://app.xxx~/parallel), which is available 

when he opens the shared document and provide it to another user.

The recipient user can also open the shared document in the My Documents page if he is a registered user.
