I can't publish shared document as a Company Document.

Please confirm if you are the owner of the document and the Translation Manager.

Only a Tanslation Manager who is also the owner of the document can publish it as a Company Document.

If you are not the owner of the document, please copy the document first. 

Once you become the owner of the copied document, you can publish it as a Company Document.
