How to view each item on the Insights page topics and how often the information there is updated?

Total number of Documents, Phrases and Glossary is the total number of items registered during last update time. 

Deleted data is not included.

Total Monthly Character Count is the amount of  machine translation characters of the current month. 

Even if you delete the translated document, it will be included in the monthly character count.

Last Use is the last day the user signed in to YarakuZen.

The total number of Documents, Phrases, and Glossary is updated once a day (around 1 am).

"Last Updated" is displayed on the top right of the user's Insight page.
